# Connecting a payment system

1. Open the WooCommerce dashboard.
1. In the panel on the left, select **Settings**, then go to the **Payments** tab.
1. Find the **Yandex Pay** plugin in the list and enable it.

1. Click **Save changes**.
1. To move on to setting up your plugin, click **Manage**.
1. Enter your [settings](#payment-system-params) and press **Save changes**.

## Payment system parameters {#payment-system-params}

- **Title** is the title of the gateway that the user sees when placing the order.
- **Payment Gateway Description**is the gateway description that the user sees when placing an order.
- **Dev Mode** is an option for debugging your plugin. If this option is enabled, money won't be debited from the card. To work in the Dev Mode, get test credentials for your payment gateway from the payment aggregator and a testing Merchant ID from Yandex Pay [support](https://pay.yandex.ru/docs/en/support.md).
- **Store name** in Yandex Pay.
- **Button style**: The design of your button. For more information, see [Yandex Pay branding rules](https://pay.yandex.ru/docs/en/branding.md).
- **Merchant ID** is the merchant ID in Yandex Pay. To get the ID, click **Sign up and get Merchant ID** and accept the offer. Then your ID will automatically be added to this field.
- **Select the payment system** you have a contract with, then specify its [settings](#dop).

  You can connect to one of the payment systems that Yandex Pay supports:

  - Alpha Bank (RBS)

    Fill out the [signup form](https://alfabank.ru/sme/payservice/internet-acquiring/#form). The bank's manager will contact you.

  - MTS Bank

    Fill out the [signup form](https://www.mtsbank.ru/malomu-biznesu/torgovye-resheniya/internet-acquiring/). The bank's manager will contact you. They'll start working on your application within one business day. If you submit all the required documents and the site is ready, the connection process takes 2-4 days.

  - Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg)

    [Send an application](https://www.rshb.ru/smallbusiness/acquiring/internet/) or contact the bank's office.

  - Best2Pay

    Fill out the [signup form](https://best2pay.net/#main_form_container). The bank's manager will contact you.

  - My payment system isn't on the list

    If your payment system is not on the list, contact Payture, a partner of Yandex. You will get a 25% discount off the provider services (the manager will tell you about that). Leave a request [on the site](https://payture.com) or write to [business@payture.com](mailto:business@payture.com). Managers will respond to you within 3-4 hours on business days.

- **Buy Now**: A section of settings for the **Express Checkout with Yandex Pay** button:

  - **Cash on Delivery** allows users to pay for products on delivery.
  - **One-Click Clear Cart**: this option adds a button to the cart, which places an order without opening the checkout form.
  - **Button Spacing on Cart Page**: The values of margins for the button, in pixels.
  - **Full-Width Button in Cart**: Enable this option to expand the button to fit the container width.
  - **One-Click Purchase**: This option adds a button , to the product page that places an order without opening the checkout form.
  - **Button Spacing on Product Page**: The values of margins for the button, in pixels.
  - **Full-width Button on Product Page**: Enable this option to expand the button to fit the container width.
  - **One-Click Purchase on Checkout Page**: This option adds a button to the checkout page that places an order without filling out the form.
  - **Button Spacing on Checkout Page**: The values of margins for the button, in pixels.
  - **Full-width Button on Checkout Page**: Enable this option to expand the button to fit the container width.

## Additional data for payment system types {#dop}

You can get them from the payment system that you have a contract with:

- Payture

- Alpha Bank (RBS)

   To set up the payment system, contact Yandex Pay [support](https://pay.yandex.ru/docs/en/support.md).

- MTS Bank

   To set up the payment system, contact Yandex Pay [support](https://pay.yandex.ru/docs/en/support.md).

- Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg)

   Specify the login and password: they should have been sent to the email that you entered in one of the forms when concluding the contract.

- Best2Pay

   Specify the unique account ID and password to the electronic signature.

- Other

   If your payment system is not on the list, contact Payture, a partner of Yandex. You will get a 25% discount off the provider services (the manager will tell you about that). ## What's next {#next}

Once you have connected the payment system, enter [general settings](https://pay.yandex.ru/docs/en/cms/woocommerce/settings.md) for the plugin. To do this, in the panel on the left, click **WooCommerce** →**Settings**.
